What non cycling man toys have you recently acquired, or are currently lusting after?

Me? For no logical reason whatsoever I'm hankering after a quad. Not one of those hooligan sports quad things, but a mighty 4wd agricultural quad with a winch and a realtree camo paint job.

i bought myself a motorbike in October , a Kawasaki 650 vulcan s . very nice and great fun to ride . does that count

At the moment nothing, I was a mad man toy collector in my younger years, Roller, Ferrari, boats, motorbikes and the list goes on. A move up to rural Lincolnshire changed my perspective on life completely.

In the last few years got a telescope, upgraded my French horn to a pro model and restarted playing (somewhat) and got a 1000cc motorcycle - but had to give up my lathe.

Would like another lathe one day, and a milling machine. No suitable place for one sadly

I keep coming back to astro-scopes. If I sell one I hanker a few months later and buy another. Determined to keep my current one.

Not knowing anything about motorbikes is that yellow thing on the front wheel some sort of anti theft thing?

It's a disc lock and brings the motorcycle to a sudden halt if you forget to remove it.

Indeed; it's a padlock. It's beight yellow so you notice it and don't try and drive off
