Manchester - Female cyclist pushed into canal by man

Would a rear camera have likely picked the incident up?

I get the impression she goes into the canal whilst she is beside him, so I'm not sure it would.

You would need one of those posh helmet things that Jeremy Vine uses and appears to give the view a drone would have

or have a drone following you I suppose

not idea how much those cameras coct but I don;t think they are cheap

Doesn't have to be a drone, I see quite a few motorcyclists videos (skiers too) that have a camera mounted with them on a little stick that does 360 movement.

This video shows what I mean, happy ending as well for the idiot on the roller blades lol

I presume you could get one that can be mounted on a rear rack

I think so yeah, camera tech has got very fancy. 360 camera on a pole would be great!

My bike is in for service, I've asked for the Intuvia control unit to be upgraded to a Purion. It'll free up space in the centre where I hope to fit a camera.

mine has the Purion (old version) and my bike is the very basic version of the Raleigh Motus
the next one up the range had the Intivia

personally I prefer the Purion - but then I am used to it!

I hope not lol It is a smaller display - the assistance level is not always displayed depending on the mode, and its not removeable anymore for security but I rarely leave my bike parked outside.

This is what I have: Intuvia
This is what I want: Purion200
This is what I might have to have in case the 200 isn't compatable: Purion

LBS wil let me know later this week what can be done.
