Lots of snow here, about to head out on the mountain bike. I'll be there, probably just ride in on the mountain bike and maybe train home!

I'm pulling out - had an awful nights sleep (or lack of) - my shoulder is killing - seems to get bad after the specialist starts poking it with needles....
