marathon plus wire bead kink

I've received delivery of a schwalbe marathon plus tyre (my size is 700 - 25c) but there is a kink in one of the wire beads, I suspect broken. I hear these are difficult to fit but have watched a helpful video and would be confident to manage this however the doubt about the wire bead integrity is niggling me - plus if I attempt to fit and there is an issue there I don't then know if there would likely cause any issues in my commute with a dodgy bead?
What do you reckon? Should I contact the seller about returning the tyre for a replacement or would you think it'll be fine?

If it's broken, send it back.

Fitting tyres is easy, just follow this advice:

Just bend it straight. No major issue and this happens to wired tyres that get folded in the post. Won't make any difference unless the wires are sticking out of the casing.

Marathons eh
