I emailed him about the propstand he used but he didn't reply so maybe twitter is better if you want a response.

As for the book, it is excellent, had me gripped the whole trip! Loved the TV shows too, as well as the America's shows. Not sure I want to read a book of the TV shows I have already seen though....
