Sicko... my wife does the same, however my 2 year old has just developed a taste for marmite and marmite flavoured crisps.

The young ones will turn on you, just you wait!

Available at Sainsburys, unfortunatly only in multipacks of small bags, so it's two at a time. Anyone know if full size bags or even better huge jobs are available?

I find most threads in the Cafe pretty inconsequential, including ones started by me, but this one is of monumental importance.
I just lurve marmite and marmite flavoured crisps sounds like savoury heaven.

Their presence in Morrisons could persuade me to abandon Asda for my weekly shopping.

Is it a bit controversial to throw the Vegemite/Marmite question in the Mix? Best friend growing up was an Aussie and they lived on Vegemite, a mythical pot of black magic that you only ever saw on Neighbours.

Vegemite = mmmmmm
Marmite = ok, have to be in the right mood
Marmite crisps = ropey!

Vegemite is a far finer product, I feel an arm wrestle coming on.. (rolls up sleeves)

Vernon, can you please confirm if that is a full size pack or a mini job from a multipack? This is important - if it's full size then I will be bothering Morrisons later today:tongue:

Regards Vegimite V Marmite, I like both, they sit side by side in my cupboard and I am happy to say I cleaned up two slices of farmhouse white with vegi for breakfast this morning. (and yes it is quite uncomfortable perched on this fence).

It was a 25g pack from a multipack.

If anything it is a saving grace as if it was one of theose large sharing bags I'd have shared it with me in one sitting like i did with the large bag of Phileas Fogg poppadoms ;)

Not as much as I have around my midriff and I won't compromise with rice cakes ;)
