Marrakech

Hi All

I recently went on a short break to Marrakech, Im really toying with the idea of another short break but taking my tent and bike along too, 100 miles to the Atlas mountain foothills some decent scenery and differing landscape.Was thinking of riding out the ouzod waterfall and camping there a night or 2 then meander back.

Have any of you people been riding in this area , whats it like , any tips suggestions , know any good routes etc thanks for looking

We're off to Marrakech soon, how was it? I've tried googling for bike hire but the prices seem steep...€25 a day!

23 quid a day will get you a giant reign 2 or defy roadbike , there are cheaper though

depends what you want do and how long you going for, easyjet is &70 quid to take a bike so weigh up cost of bag and price and hiring a decent bike when there !

Hire prices often depend on the time period - the longer the hire the cheaper the day rate. I'd have thought it would be worth emailing to see what rate they could offer you for (say) a week.
