No, but having "been there/done that" elsewhere, I would imagine that ANY bike shop which sells new bikes, and therefore have the cardboard packing boxes, will be able to do this for you.
All you need is the box, some packing tape, and the means to remove pedals, wheels, and handlebars at the stem. Some padding too if you want.
Some airlines (Air France and KLM spring to mind) will sell you (or used to at some airports) a suitable cardboard box at the airport.

My parents recently hired Ebikes from a place in Marseille called EVTT Provence for a tour round Southern France. They said the shop was very helpful and seemed set up to cater to the touring crowd so you could give them a try. No idea if they offer the service you want but may be the sort of place you could get a box.

Find your nearest Decathlon who have bike mechanics in every (larger) store. You may have to buy the tools to disassemble or they may do it for you for a fee. Shout out for Decathlon in France, Greece and Italy (twice three times).

We just finished our self contained Euro Velo 6 tour. My wife who organized the tour simply went on line and had a bike store lined up in Belgrade. Price was 30 Euros and timing was set. He also had a contact for airport transport for our bikes and us.

On a previous trip ending in Paris, we simply searched online for bike stores after arriving in Paris. It turned out one was nearly next to our hotel. They couldn’t have been more helpful providing boxes and material for self packing at no charge. We did contact some stores that charged for the same service. In the case of Paris, we were there about a week at the end of our tour so we didn’t make plans before arriving being confident a bike store would provide a box or charge us for boxing.

Try contacting some online. I think your comfort level will increase.

Marseille’s a big city so shops aplenty. I’d look to find one that connects well to the airport via trains/trams. Bikes and paraphernalia are heavy when you’re having to carry them.

Email a couple of shops in advance, advise of your dates and offer to make a small payment. Some will give you the box free, other will charge small amount (20 euro in Nice). Enjoy the ride.

Plenty of videos online showing you how to dismantle and pack.

Why would anyone be touring without a basic multi tool / allen key set?

Maybe not a pedal spanner though! Even if the pedals are the type that can be loosened from the inboard side with an allen key, I've never had much success trying to do that without a full size allen key to get the required leverage.
