Masked Ball - advice needed

well, just in the interests of the other guests enjoyment you should be considering a full face cover!

Long time since I've been to anything like that and I didn't 'stay in costume' very long, bit of a party pooper like that. So my advice would be cheap and easy to remove/bin.

Full evening dress + mask or go the whole hog and try the Venetian Karnivale King look with wig, cape and buckled shoes ?

philipbh - that's a useful suggestion. I have the evening dress. I could team that with any number of masks.

But, yes, the Venetian carnival thing would be better - I just wouldn't know where to start.

My other thought was Dracula. All I'd need for that would be a black cape.

If you want to pull, do not dress in anything too ridiculous!

I once got talked into dressing up in women's clothes at a nurse's party in Glasgow. Halfway through the night I realized I had no chance with the girls as they were all just laughing at me, so I changed back into my normal clothes, which took a while because they'd hidden them...

Correct shoes might be tricky though - they dont seem to be in the package

You'll have to get creative with some cardboard and tinfoil for that Classy Buckled Look

Go as a Ninja warrior. All you need are a pair of Chinese slippers. The rest of the black stuff and full face mask I presume you've got.
