Massive WTAF moment.

I was on a cycle path behind Southampton Uni, this morning. I heard an engine behind me, thinking it was one of the local inhabitants of this area ( who are not unknown to ride scooters / motorbikes on cycle paths), I turned round, only to be passed by a Keirin motorbike. I have never ever had that happen to me before.
There were a lot of people who almost simultaneously said 'WTAF', or words to that effect

In belgium mopeds are allowed on cycle paths...it blew my mind!

Mopeds are allowed on the cycle paths in Stevenage as well.
