energy drink - does the job and nice tasting.
But when you're next ordering your energy drink, take into account the amount of free gifts you get when ordering viper direct from maximuscle.
So far i've had: a frisbee, a 1litre bottle, a shaker, a carton of protein whey shake, a 'retail' bottle of mixed berry flavour viper, and two t-shirts.
plus you always get 4 tubs for the price of 3.

it may well be 'effective' , but still very expensive for the 'benefits'.

I adher to policy of not recommending brands,... but there are cheaper alternatives out there that have a balance of CHO and protein plus minerals etc that are easy to use as liquid fuel for those longer rides.. if you want to go down the route of using 'all in one' solutions.

the 'extreme' is quite expensive (caffeinated version), the normal isn't quite so dear. but may be viewed as expensive compared to a 'value' alternative.
I think taste is a quite important factor though, and that's personal preference.

viper's comparable to psp22 I would have thought.
