.......are virtually tasteless these days. What have they done to them?

I can recommend Co-op's own brand - a bit chewy but good flavour - for a long journey.
They travel well, like a good Beaujolais!!!

M and S wine gums are good. But then they're not just wine gums they're M ans S wine gums. Tesco's are very good too, and you get a lot for your cash.

Maynards Wine Gums used to be as tough as bullets ( especially the black ones) and full of flavour.

A very pale impersonation these days. Mind, considering my age I suppose I ought to be grateful they are softer now.

Did anyone ever try their "Sour" Wine Gums ? Can you still get them ?

Are you mad man? Those things are addictive! I go through phases were I can eat packets a day! :rolleyes:

Funny you mention wine gums....I bought a bag on Saturday for 99p. I thought they were ok....and stick to your teeth as ever.....:rolleyes:
