Now that McDonald's has pulled out of the Russian market it appears that a native Russian line up has replaced the well known McD menu. The new owners claim the ingredients and presentation are unchanged. New name translates to something like 'Tasty and that's it'.

Can anyone suggest some suitable names to replace those of the old dishes?

How about 'Chechen Burger' or 'Stinger Roast'?

Its a sign that Russia can manage without everyone else. They just move on. At least there is a good chance they will be warm next winter.

That's fine when you're talking about french fried potato chips, after all isn't that a Russian staple? Not so easy when it comes to computer chips. 😌

They can get all the computer chips they want from their Chinese friends. On the other hand Europe are struggling to find them.

They can't seem to get them for their cars. Airbags and ABS have had to be ditched because of the shortage.

The truth is no country on the world can manage in isolation, the manufacturing and supply chains have become far too globalized for that.
