apart from the kenwood, I am self taught to used myself I suippose

I successfully completed a two-week C&G course here

and found it be a very useful and comprehensive course.

Not working in the trade, I haven´t used my skills as much as I would have liked, but feel confident with almost any problem that may arise.

I hope to get most of the required tools before long and have my own workshop in the basement of the flat I´ll be moving to soon.

if i was looking for a trade mechanic training is cytech the only recognised supplier certificate?

would the city and guild be suitable for giving to a trainee role?

From what I gather (someone correct me if I´m wrong), the C&G qualification carries more clout than the Cytec one.

Apparently is more extensive and thorough.

Best way is to ask bike shop mechs for their opinion/experience.
