Mercian Audax Bike

I just want to gauge interest in a Green 625 steel. Gothic Graphics 9 month old mercian audax bike, size is 55-56cm but exact measurements can be given. I normally risde a 56 with a 100mm stem.

Ultegra thoughout (triple) 170 cranks

Chrous hubs hand made wheels by mercain 12-25 cassett

odd chip

nearly new b17 saddle (I have just treated it not actually rode on it)

reason for selling Wife bought me a new Enigma Etape

I can post pictures to intersted parties, but I would prefer buyer to collect or see before buying

reason for selling Wife bought me a new Enigma Etape

Hi dmb,

Just wondered how you were getting on with your Enigma Etape, as I am thinking of buying one.

How does it respond and ride and is it significantly more "toury" than racy" ?

the enigma etape is fantastic, I have a Ti fetish and have owned several (Yukon, amazon, sunday silk road and a sunday mondays child) it feels as stiff as the mondays child but with the comfort of a yukon.

handling and response is more racey than toury but very easy to live with.

Did not like the fulcrums 7 that came with it though
