Merino base layer at Aldi

I have just bought a LS top in black today. I should have gone earlier as it always clears out quickly. It looks as fine and smooth as my Icebreaker at 4 times the price but time will tell how good it is. However at £7.99 it can be used without worrying about it!

I didn't get the bottoms as I've already got a couple of pairs.

Just realized Wobbyly John, you are RIGHT! they were £14.99. I was getting mixed up with the mens thermals. So don't feel too bad.

The ice was so bad in our road on the 27th so I decided not to bother going out at all, I'd got enough food in to feed the UK. You have to be early to get Merino, at least a selection of it.

The kettle's always on in our house with Mr Campfire is at home!

's funny I don't see a lot of cyclists around where I live but the merino & decent cycling stuff always goes immediately. They must come out of the woodwork when they see it advertised. I guess the merino is used by walkers too!

Why no long sleeves in the mens merino I wonder? Tried a L ladies but it was way too short. Got some of the sport glasses tho, very nice.

Not sure if this should go here or the merino thread, but I got some Merino tops from M&S for Xmas. Not pure Merino, lots of Lycra too, but I think they were only £15 and snug as a bug etc.
