Just got on of these from Wiggle for £23.99
A question for anyone who already has one:
When you tighten the rotating knob at the back to tighten it on to the head (with the helmet fitted), should you be able to tighten it right down so its really snug?
When I tighten might as soon as it gets a bit tight the ratchet mechanism slips, almost as if it is meant to do this to stop you overtightening it.
Is this a fault or not?
