Microshift M25-6 issues!!

I've had a common issue with these shifters being tight.

They were like it straight out of the box, but today I changed the inner cable and it's still the same

Any tips?

Give it time to bed in. I'd rather have it tighter to start, then bed in over time, it's less faffy that way.

Sorry, I meant tight as in immovable lol.

They are very poor quality and won't improve. If u need twist grip then Shimano Revoshift are a lot better

It's only a cheap £100 kids bike from halfrauds

But I might change to ez shift.
