Midday Temp

Only Mad Dogs and Englishmen... but I always seem to put on my woolly pullover about 12:00, feeling the chill. We have warm mornings, it cools off at midday then we have warm late afternoons. Am I delusional?, am I going mad?
Does anyone else feel the midday chill like I do?

Move to the East coast of Scotland, no midday chill here. Starts cold and stays cold.

On t'news t'other day the eggheads reckon some parts of North India and the 'stans will be so hot and humid by the end of this century they won't be able to sustain human life. Scary.
