this might sound silly, but have managed to get a NOS miller light set is there a certain tecnic to open up the covers to change a bulb, i dont want to use brute force to prise the light cover off, is there something i have to screw off,or with out me wreaking it, the instructions in the box dont not say mutch
i think the type of light is 5310 EX735

I can't see in that photo but all old dynamo lights I've seen follow one of two design patterns. It will either have a small screw somewhere underneath the lens or (what looks more likely in the case) there will be a spring clip underneath to release the lens. This is preferable really as it means you can change a bulb at the roadside without a screwdriver.

thanks for the replys, I discovered that there is a screw at the back, i thought that it was just a earthing point, but inside it is screwed on to 2 metal stays that also holds the light cover in place, so i just needed to un screw the screw fully out, then prise the light cover out.
