Was following it all on twitter. Must say I have to admire Miranda Hart, so obviously not a cyclist but put in some tough shifts on the bike.

I agree she may not have been the fastest but she made a superb effort despite not being at 100% fit to her normal level.

I have heard and read some things questioning the toughness of this event. I say fair play to them as non cyclists. Lets face it they did a better job on a bike than I would do live on stage or on tv in front of millions. That would have me in tears!!

I assumed Dolan didn't put in what the organisers wanted so got their name blurred - albeit only in every third shot and only on part of the frame, which was a bit odd.

Anyone watching? i didn't realise they did it the hard way round. Already it looks amazing, some great views and the bad weather just makes it exciting.

I know the end result but i can't wait to see them complete it. ;)

I've got big respect for these guys, it's probably not that hard for some of us to do 26miles, and wait a while to do the next stint. But these guys aren't cyclists

Just watched it,blinkin great. I was riding every hill with them, feeling all the pain--- from the comfort of my armchair.
Seriously though the guys did themselves proud, it makes you feel good just owning a bike.
WELL DONE CELEBS:biggrin:

That looked sooo tough for them ... nothing but respect for all of them and they hit the big Million total

I hope Dolan and Endura put their hands in their pockets

Simon

Dolan probably already did with those bikes ;)

There was a thread on this theme recently when Sky taped over the names on a bike Hilldodger had made for Sky to present to a disabled girl.
It's a complex world when you mix with the money people.;)

Good work by all, and a great achievement. However, has anyone been watching what Eddie Izzard did? That is properly astounding.

excellent effort shame on late for children as is the eddie izzaed. blurred out names due to product placament nothing to do with how much they put in. you will see it on most channels now. even older recordings are blurred
