Lovely bike should I change the compact chainring to a triple tho I don't usually have any trouble with hills even tho when they hit 20% I have to get off lol.
But its full carbon except the frame didn't come with forks so the bike shop had to put a non matching one on which is a little disappointing Harry Perry Frame but Felt Forks might have to get them changed should I change the tape and saddle to white? What's your opinion?.

Just weighted in at 6.3 kg's with the saddle bag full and pump x2 bottle holders.

Nice. That's an unusual top tube (unless it's a trick of the light). I reckon white would look good...for as long as it stays white.

Is the frame out of Perry's in Woolwich? I've only seen them around in SE London.

Nice bike, the down and top tubes look unusual, any chance of a few more pics?

On a totally unrelated note, there is a different Harry Perry who rolls around Venice Beach in California playing electric guitar. He is an excellent musician and an awesome guy. I enjoyed a herbal cigarette with him once; it sent me rather loopy and I offered to convert to Judaism so I could marry my girlfriend at the time. I was 15...

Probably his wifes scales, mine has a set like that. I'm 6'2 44"chest built like a brick outhouse and only weigh 9 stone apparently.

Are you sure you haven't left it outside the Walkie Talkie building in the city for the top tube to get like that?

Look like an ally frame to me, Aksiums and Gatorskins, possible rear carbon dropouts, check your scales, its never going to be 6.3kg, maybe 8.3kg?

Does seem very light, even for carbon. It would be quite difficult to reproduce that top tube in ali though.

I guarantee you the whole frame is carbon when you tap it with a finger nail it just sounds plastic,
Weighted it on a set of digital scale's I know digital can sometimes be misleading so just for double measure's I'll weigh it again.

I know what an ally frame looks like with the welding in between the crank and joins of the parts, There's no welding anywhere
Would you say I should upgrade the wheels to maybe lighter?

Cant manage to weight it propley lol, Tried weighting myself then the bike but the different is 6 kg's.

I weight: 9 Stone 3 pounds and 1/4
Me with the Bike weight: 10 Stone 10 pounds and 1/4 (1 Quarter)

The converter online is converting it at about 5-6 kg's difference, Bare in mind tho they are digital scales.

Don't think I'd change much on it just ride it and get used to it first. (maybe tilt the saddle down a bit at the front).

well most professionals are built like stick insects aren't they?, You cant really say you've seen a massive body builder in professional cycling?
So isn't it an advantage to be lightweight right.
I'm really not worried about my weight to actually be honest dude lighter I am the better.
