I thought the unfunniest comedy person I'd ever seen was Miranda Hart but I've since watched Greg Davies on various shows and some of his own stand up act. I hope they don't ever end up together on 8 out of 10 cats or have I got news for you because it wouldn't be very funny.

I think they've stolen a living but Greg Davies is shocking...and not in a good way.

Well I like them both, which goes to show that comedy is very subjective.

Miranda is great farce and Greg is very funny as the psycho teacher in the Inbetweeners.

Now if we are talking unfunny, I give you Lenny Henry, he is just not funny in my subjective opinion

It's called Midwives and is set in the 50's. I think she is better in this program than on other stuff she has done, particulary her own "comedy" Miranda.

I've always thought Greg Davies is quite funny, but I agree with you about Miranda.

BFF maybe subconsciously you don't like tall comedians!!

I didn’t especially like the midwife thing, but “Syphilitic vulval chancre” was one of the more surprising phrases I’ve heard on BBC1 on a Sunday evening.

In the Inbetweeners he was acting from a script.

In his stand-up show he basically writes a list of semi-amusing nicknames from school on a whiteboard and then describes how they were invented and then chats to some of his mates that he went to school with in the front row of the audience.

Add to that list Johnny Vegas. Another unfunny person making a living from nothing.
