why is is distressing you? thousands of children died today, some from disease, some from starvation, some by accidents and some were murdered. there is not enough compassion in any one human being to be distressed by all these dead kiddies.

the same will happen tomorrow and the next day and the day after that and over the weekend..........................

Slightly OT.. that as a trick I picked up from a magazine some years ago, use many a time when faced with a tirade about cyclists, because I am one

I point out that they are wearing the same type of shoes as Harold Shipman.

Then ask if by riding a bike I am "responsible" for the actions of other cyclists, then by wearingthe same type of shoes are they responsible for his actions?

I suspect we will have to wait for court before we find out much. Even if the bloke gets acquitted that's his life ruined thanks to the bloody journos. The media in this case were as sickening as usual not to mention all the travelling grief whores who if they had any respect would have stayed at home and shown their respects quietly. Instead a tragic incident gets turned into a bloody circus.

The Ghouls were out in Cardigan last week handing out pink ribbons. Two of them managed to get their grinning mugs on the front of the local paper, which must have made their day. And they had a candle lit vigil in Tenby. That must have done the world of good (for the egos of the prats who held it).

I must say I don't understand why people do this. It's the complete opposite of showing respect and were it to happen to me following the death of a loved one I would be livid. Was Diana the catalyst for this? Or does it go back further I often wonder.
