Misuse of track pump?

Yeah I've used it on our cars many a time.

My track pump was £17 when I bought it about 3 years ago (cheapest on Wiggle at the time). I've used it for everything; bikes, MC, football and car and it's great.

Browsing for advice on buying a mini track pump and found this....

Misuse of a full size track pump, with the kids = launching 2ltr coke bottle rockets about 100ft in the air, oh what fun but shagged the pump.

I use my Joe Blow for this and also for the car. It's been fine.
