MMR - anyone had one as an adult and had side effects?

I had an MMR vaccine jab last week and had the expected and forewarned side effects kick in. Generally feeling run down, light fever, headache and stiff joints - glands just started getting sore this PM.

Cycle or rest up? I reckon rest up for a few days but I'm desperate to get out on my week ff.

Rest. Paracetamol and a hot bath for the symptoms

Definitely rest.
The symptoms are usually mild, if they get any worse it could be co-incidental flu
