Looks like fun, now I NEED one!
This one at Maplins looks good for a novice, and is reduced from £80 to £30.
The 3 reviews look ok, but any opinions on here?
Can you get spare parts for it, You will crash.:okay:

That's a good point. It comes with spare rotors, but after they've been smacked into a wall I think that's it! Can't find any spare parts after a quick google search, and the Maplin site specifically says that they DON'T have any spares.

I have flown micro contra rotating copters, but my current copter is the 4ch WL V911 single main rotor. It's another micro but it is very fast especially if you switch it into the advanced flyer mode. It's a little too lightweight to cope with breezes, but this time of year I get into sports halls for my archery and they make a great flying space (so long as another archer doesn't try a bit of moving target practice)

The little micros are usually quite robust as they hardly weigh anything, so don't worry too much.

I was having a lot of problems keeping my V911 in a stable hover. Then I realised the 'copter was stable, it was the room that was moving around it - one of the 'pleasures' of working on a ship.
