Dodged the football after I realised that my loyalties lay with whoever would wind up DJT the most; I seem to have made the right call.

The freight has arrived back from DD2's camp and I've got a lump of tent to dry out. Looks like a decent drying day/week ahead. There's a malfunctioning air mattress to deal with too. Hopefully won't require yet another return to Alpkit: I really like their stuff and their attitude but I think the only thing I haven't returned yet is a gas canister.

Nice morning here, as ended up cleaning the MH and the car etc. yesterday so didn’t ride, will be riding today!
Watched the footie, kinda wished I hadn't bothered but glad Argentina didn't win. At least the dreadful half time stuff gave me time to water the veg plot.

Morning all. Usual stuff apart from apprentice has copped out with a days holiday. Job will still be there for him tomorrow 🤭. For some reason factory is starting early, didn't realise it was that hot. Hopefully get some pension figures sorted and then I can sort the advisors out. Cool start today and mid 20s expected, I can live with that. Did consider starting the post at 4.20 this morning, but CBA too
