Warmer but damp here. Walked Bertie this morning then rode my bike outside for the first time this I was slightly overdressed for the tropical 8 degrees temperature. Lots of water about and the rivers look rather high.

Got a 40 mile ride in, a bit breezy, so fast on the way home , bit warmer than recently at a balmy 5c.

Ha. Just confirmed: I'm getting my dinner in London tonight paid for by an FT journalist I did a minor favour for.

It's going to be Ethiopian, which I've never had before, so even more fun.
