There's talk of a beach day although the surf forecast is mediocre at best.

We have wind, sun, cloud and even a few spots of rain. Recovering from a late night and the village pub quiz where I was given a free transfer to a new team and we came second. The team that won also won last time, so they gave us the prize. Which is a free Sunday lunch at the pub, however the pub has stopped doing Sunday lunches as they can’t make any money on them.🤷🏼‍♂️
Later is bike riding and then swimming with grandson.

Tanking down this morning, which put paid to any communting plans (after also scuppering the Sunday afternoon ride). Bah! Drove and trained it into the office instead as have quite a few meetings as I prefer to do head banging in person.

Vegan breakfast had, as we have no dairy products left in the house! Luckily I take coffee black.

Just *how* can I still be hungry at 11.15pm after how much I've eaten this evening (brisket of beef with potatoes & peas, toffee sponge & ice cream, some chocolate biscuits, and a bowl of muesli, all since 8pm)? Anyway, problem solved with a big sandwich filled with hummus and tomatoes. Best go to bed and get to sleep before I feel peckish again.
