Good luck 'Loon with the checkup. Good luck Stevo666's daughter with exam results.

Busy morning.
Blood test. No faff with my veins.
Pharmacy for latest drugs haul. Need to go back tomorrow for eye drops and blood pressure tablets.
Dropped off Big sack of bike bits to local bike charity today. Countless cassettes and cables and stuff.
Picked up clothing order from Next in town.
Got to work by 10am.
Coffee. More Coffee... Snooze.

Oh, and did an Actual Bike Ride on an actual bike yesterday with my daughter for Fathers Day. She insisted. I'm surprised my legs didn't fall off, my bag didn't burst and cover me in sh!t, my Ken-Butt was actually OK on the saddle, and I didn't die!!!

Yay, junior passed her exams, is now a qualified vet and starts a job early September with a local practice. Very happy/proud etc. A bottle of 'Sungod Alcopop' is in the fridge ready for this evening 😎🍻
