Off down the street this pm for a short notice rescheduled vacc appt, original would have clashed with my finally scheduled follow up day op next week which 🤞will remove all the plastic tubing I've been embedded with these past 3-4 months. Sometimes The System does work.

And now it's drizzling. Oh come on summer, where are you, let's be 'avin' you.

Afternoon
Currently hammering it down here in the Alps literally started as I got back from my ride. We had a massive thunderstorm last night which resulted in the power and tinterweb going off. Might be time for something to eat.

Oh, joys. Going off for my Shingles jab soon. I recall my first one a few months back being extremely painful the next day. Can't wait!

Oh, and in other news, I'm officially decrepit! My Blue Badge arrived today. Oh, it feels good to be alive. Not.

My stomach has been in bits for the last week and it was only yesterday that I read the side effects bit of a course of amoxicillin I've been on.
1 in 10 suffer from it so nothing unusual but thank god I popped the last one this morning!
Apart from a couple of swims I've done nothing sine the 70.3 in June and am going running tonight. Ringsting apart, it should be fun.

Double vacc-ed this pm, inc a once in one's life one which apparently combats, amongst other nasties, sepsis. If only I had been jabbed with that a year ago... que sera sera.
