monday into the mirage

After coffee we decided to ride a loop from Embra over the bridge to Fife then to Kincardine Bridge and back along the south of the Forth. Took in the Kelpies. NCN76 was the typical wiggle about route with a mix of surfaces etc.
Forgot to add , on a short downhill path, went too fast to stop as it was so bumpy with tree roots and had to turn sideways at the bottom and slam gently into the bushes.
Unfortunately they were brambles 😆. Holes in bib shorts and still pulling thorns out.

Ended up doing a three hour walk with Bertie which was made interesting by the fact last night he managed to open the container in which my daughters dog food is kept and also eat rather a lot. So different dog food and over consumption, he’s currently up to 9 dumps so far today.🤮

Yes and she’s done well on it, towers over Mrs W and myself. It also seems to working on grandson who at the age of 12 is taller than my good self 5’8”.🤣😂
