WFH slightly unusually on a Monday, as out in town tomorrow for the first of a series of birthday related nights out over the next few weeks. Work is under control and I have coffee so all good here.

Not a unit myself, but I still don't do heat very well, especially when exercising. Seem to generate a lot of it myself.

Yes, I really wanted to ride to/from work tomorrow, because I just started bicycle commuting again after not doing it for a while, but I won't do it in 44 degC heat, that's just asking for trouble.

Bertie walked and a big house tidy and clean as Mrs W has arranged for an estate agent to come and value the house. Might have a rest day.

Quite a productive morning at home sorting stuff out for a journalist for national magazine, and other general admin stuff, with short interludes exploring one of the fringes of the Bristol Stool Chart (yesterday was the opposite fringe, so I guess it all balances out).

This afternoon will be exploring cycling clothing choices so I don't arrive at lessons dripping all over the floors of posh houses.

Coffee quota has been done for the day, so it'll be cocoa next.
