Maybe 2 longer rides back to back at the weekend after a week off was a bad idea , legs are like lead this morning and i have floor tiles to sort out then wallpapering .

Sunny here and WFH looking after a small person whilst MrsHD gets her hair done ready for next weeks trip and wedding.

Possible gym session on the cards but not entirely sure yet, may resort to the bike if the heat goes up.
