Morning Workers and Shirkers,

Up too early as usual to head into the office in The Big Smoke. Garmin'd the bike portion of my commute out of interest and got a half decent average speed given the amount of slowing down/stopping/speeding back up for traffic lights etc. Now refuelling with coffee and Scotch egg while planning what to do for my next Friday off.
