4 hrs 43 minutes moving time, ave speed 15.9 mph, 2,910 feet of climbing. I didn’t do a cafe stop I rarely do when I’m on my own. I did stop for a pee a couple of times and to eat something.

Very good speed. Thought it would be a bit hillier round your way?
