Accuweather, never has a company been more inaccurately named! I find Met Office to be the most reliable, BBC Weather is more on the pessimistic side, any chance of rain above 20% seems to be classed as torrential rain.

Woke up this morning to find my wife had taken to my lovely new Teflon coated saucepan with a wire scouring pad. She will not be allowed anywhere near the cooking utensils in future!

I'm still a Met Office man, but well worth looking at Meteociel's raw models to see convergence/divergence of the models... e.g. for Exeter https://www.meteociel.fr/previsions/53250/exeter.htm

Re pans... that's indeed a crime, but I've given up on non-stick, mostly because they fail sooner of later... either stainless steel (pans) or cast iron (frying pan).

Waiting for the morning cloud to booger off before I pootle down to Budleigh for an afternoon pasty. Got some admin stuff done this morning, and parked up the Almera till the end of July, battery disconnected. It did a tenth of its annual mileage over the weekend. Yes, 100 miles.

Afternoon all. Sorry for radio silence. Got outta hospital last Friday evening and slept a lot until today.

Great news! Saw my cancer consultant this morning and the scan results are very good! Everything in the liver has further shrunk and disappeared apart from tiny 1mm spot that might be scar tissue! Operation scans look perfect too. No more treatment just follow up scans in 3 months! It's brilliant news!

Yay, he lives!

You need to send her on a training course or something MG 😇

Well that's frustrating, replaced the window regulator on the MX5, fiddly but not too complicated, all back together and the window goes down and decides to stay there, despite trying a Mazda suggested reset. Having trawled for advice, will have a other go tomorrow 😬

Is the stop/return switch working? Could be just a bad connection.
