Afternoon
Bit of chilly one here. Took Bertie to the Arboretum and it seems all the puppy training is working not. Thought about going for a ride and it started drizzling so I went on the turbo and the sun came out.

Sadly bright blue skies and no wind was trumped by a need to get food in, but had a very pleasant walk along the waterfront this afternoon. Think it's time to focus on south facing shorelines though to maximise the Vitamin D.

Ended updoing a pretty hilly 56 mile ride with sunshine and a high of 2C! Glorious winter/autumn day though!
