Mike Scott, AKA Orraloon was diagnosed with motor neurons disease last year.
His decline has been rapid and now uses a machine to help him speak. He is in a care facility in Wantage which means that he gets regular visits from his new grand daughter and his daughters.

I am happy to relay any messages across to him. I am in contact with one of his daughters.

Oh cr@p!!! That's rough. He's had a lot going on with his health over the last couple of years and now this!! I do hope he is well cared for and comfortable.
Do pass on my best wishes and tell him at least he doesn't have to deal with his own sh!tbag any more!!

@Pinno718 That‘s sad news. Let him know his at times incomprehensible spelling and dialect are sincerely missed. Always had the feeling he’d be the bloke in the pub you’d nod and greet on the way in, and leave hours later after an entertaining and informative chat about a whole lotta life experience.
