maybe best ask this question on the Bike Radar forum or maybe Weight Weenies as a lot those guys have top end kit and can advise through experience. Only thing I would say is to consider finding a second hand set of Zipps, think there was a set on Bike Radar for £750 and they are a lot lighter.
