My nice cycle commute home could very well be ruined this morning.

Yeah, I know it's 04:35 but I'm in work until 09:00, just took a glimpse out of the window and guess what ? It's bloody well snowing again. There's already a few mm covering the car park and it's dropping out of the sky at a silly rate.

If it carries on like this I'm going to have to use the bus, geez I'll have to check the internet for running times as I've not used public transport in about 7 months.

Right, off I go and pray to the nice weather gods to see if they can get rid of this snow for me.

We have had about an inch of snow in Coventry. I got up about seven to get ready for the club ride took one look out of the window and went back to bed. I missed the club run last Sunday as it was valentines day and I wanted to treat the misses, and the weather was lovely. Now it looks like I am going to miss another one because the weather is crap.

Fresh snow before cagers have been out on it? I'd ride in that.

If it was an essential trip I would ride in it as well. Came out of work on Thursday and rode home in the snow, no problems just took a bit longer than usual. But the longer, 40-45 mile even by the shortest route, non essential club run, no I'll pass on that one.

Managed the journey without any issues and it seems to be thawing pretty quick

I woke up to a couple of inches this morning.

We haven't had any snow, though. ;)

Only a couple of inches!?!?:sun:

Last night the BBC said today would be cloudy but dry. I had gone out yesterday but my front wheel was out of true so last night 11 o'clock in the kitchen with the spoke tool. All look good ready to go on a proper ride, then woke up this morning to my son shouting happily it's snowed!:eek:! I will have to see how clear the roads are in a bit.
