Riding in shorts and t-shirt, in sub zero temps in the garage with the fan on me to keep cool - mad....I've never used the Turbo in the house, even with a fan as I start melting..... The wife won't go on the exercise bike in the garage unless a fan heater has been on for half an hour.........

Diet starts tomorrow and I was looking forward to getting it off to a flying start with a good week of exercise on the bike but that is not going to happen now.

So, though it's not very aerobic, it's still exercise. My legs certainly ached in different places today compared to when I've biked it.
