Any good? I notice Merlin Cycles have a few 2011 models with decent spec for £1500-2000ish. Can't find any information or reviews on Dr Internet. They certainly look like bargains to my relatively uninformed eyes.
the frames will be fairly standard Taiwanese 'open mould' designs, which are also sold by the likes of Ribble, etc - nothing wrong with that. If the prices/specs compare well with other retailers of similar bikes, then go for it.
I am being quite tempted. Anyone know how they ride? I'm sure I found something saying they use a Dedaccai (sp?) frame but haven't been able to relocate that... Or I was dreaming.
just take a look at some reviews from other vendors who use the same frames, like Ribble - models like the 'sportive' 'grand fondo' or the Nero - the only other differences will be the colour of the paint. Dedacciai frames are also made in Taiwan.
