Don't know about the tubing if there's no decal.
Looks to be seventies judging from the rear derailleur and that may be the best way to date it but can't find that model.

Looks like Campagnolo 980 mechs, so early eighties, if they are original to the bike.

Its late and l can't remember all the details about my Moser but yours looks very similar even down to the rear mech cable (see my photos) and yes the head tube should have moser name not photo of ur man.Looking for some info on this moser date ect

I second that, mine is made from Columbus Tretubi special rinforzati .Moser made frames with a variety of tubing over the years, my Moser is made of Oria tubing but is from the 90's
