Don't know about the tubing if there's no decal.
Looks to be seventies judging from the rear derailleur and that may be the best way to date it but can't find that model.
You could try wading through this:
http://www.campyonly.com/history/catalogs.html
Is it for you? Its a very small frame.

Yes it would be for me I would just need to maybe change the quill stem for reach and would upgrade with campag nuvo and panto parts

Looks like Campagnolo 980 mechs, so early eighties, if they are original to the bike.
Looks a very small frame. How tall are you? Maybe to small if that’s you in your avatar?

My inseem is 79cm (Short I know)
And my current bike has a 51.5cm reach with a 100mil stem
I'm 5.3 so thinking it may fit with an upgraded longer stem
Advice welcome

Yes the bike looks very similar
I think hours must come with a better mech spec with the campag novo and the panto chainset
I'm just interested do all racing bike moser frames come as Columbus sl
Or Columbus slx

Moser made frames with a variety of tubing over the years, my Moser is made of Oria tubing but is from the 90's
