motivation plus detox

Well i am back had a bit of a detox but you might have seen me still logged in, motivation is back to go on the bike every time i have free even conquered a fear of decents while on a busy single lane road plus hitting over 30mph.

Glad to hear your enjoying your bike again.

I have been well down on my usual mileage lately and put on a bit of weight.

Got out on the bike in the sunshine today and felt great so I am hoping I have got out of the downward spiral.
