Interesting top-tube gear lever! Are there 2 eyes at the seatpost end of the top tube then, one for the break cable, one for the gear cable? I rather like that
Don't think I've ever seen that with a derailleur before, just hub gears where the cable sometimes runs over a small pulley.

yes two eyes for brake and gear cable just have watch if you fall onto top tube the shifter can make your eyes water
