If it is I'd have expected to see repeater 50 signs throughout the video, there weren't any. Is the 50 limit restricted to certain sections?

50mph road, done it on a bike myself, his line was all wrong and target fixation got the better of him (or pure inability to corner, however looking at the footage before he seemed ok). More than capable of getting round there at 60 on a skateboard to be honest.

He was far from middle aged.

The only person likely to call the police would have been the car driver but he was otherwise engaged making an exchange in the underwear department.

Seen too many men in their mid to late 40s go out and buy sports machines to break all the rules... they [4 of them to date] end up dead ...or seriously injured, leaving families behind who needed them. Lucky for him the bike got caught on the fence as seen at the end so only he went off the side of the hill.
