Well Austria was OK. Not the most exciting race. Not sure why Ferrari don't like listening to Hamilton.
Antonelli's moment of Red Bull snooker was er... interesting.

Sky pundits also very clear that Red Bull must have to acknowledge now that it doesn't matter who you put in the second car, it's crap and only Max can drive. it. Either they need to run a 1 car team for Max or a 2 car team and make it drivable by both drivers. As it stands, the second car is a waste of money.

The "only Max can drive it" thing was originally touted as a "isn;t he the best driver ever" thing

but I think they must have realised that if he is half as good as some people think then he should be able to drive any car
and you get more points for a 3rd and 4th than for 1st and dnf or somewhere at the back
and you look stupid is that DNF/tail-end is every race

and you also look stupid if you have several different driver - that have proved they are good enough - still not being able to get above 10th in your car

makes me wonder why and whether it has something to do with Max's contract
which may have worked before but is backfiring badly now!

Glad it wasn't just me that thought it was a bit dull. Especially after the 1st stops.

I found Max's calmness after the crash a bit surprising. Almost like he didn't want to piss the new boss off. I half expected him to be ranting and ripping, but instead he seemed like he really wasn't bothered.

While I am no Max fan and don't think it is righted he should rant rave and be obnoxious, that's sort of what we've come to expect. I just can't imagine he's had a character change in the last month.

How bad was the damage to the RB, he didn't even seem to try to get it going again.

My worry would be can they de-max it should they find Max suddenly unavailable, or would they suddenly have 2 cars pootling around at the back of the field.

He clearly can drive any car, and do so rather better than anyone else who gets to have a go in it.

But while you certainly can try and polish a turd there's no way you'll get it to shine.
