Moving Landline Phone to VOIP

Our elderly neighbour landline phone packed in. She received a letter from BT telling her the landline was changing to VoiP.

We got her a compatible phone for when they do swap systems

I contacted my broadband provider today about an upcoming move. The new home is around 14 miles to the west of where I am now. As expected the VOIP service that they provide will get a new pho number. So problem though as I don’t use it.

For those where maintaining a number is much more important,I’d suggest looking at services from Andrews and Arnold Ltd.
